Astrocartography

Where your lines cross the earth

Astrocartography draws your birth chart onto the map of the world. Each line belongs to one of your planets, and the places it passes through tend to draw out that planet's qualities in you.

Ubuntu Maps

Ubuntu Maps puts all 40 of your lines on a world map you can explore. Tap a line, or any place on the map, to read what it may bring out in you and how close you are to the lines nearby.

Then ask your Ubuntu Guide. It knows your lines, so you can ask about the city you're moving to, the one you're visiting, or the one you grew up in. It knows the lines of the people in your My Village too, so you can ask how a place might meet your partner, your children or your closest friends.

Ubuntu Maps is part of Ubuntu Design Living: $11.99 a month or $119 a year, or $7.99 a month for Founding Village members.

Questions

Astrocartography is a branch of astrology that maps your birth chart onto the earth. At the moment you were born, every planet stood somewhere in relation to your horizon: rising in the east, setting in the west, overhead, or below you. Draw those positions across the globe and you get a set of lines, four for each of ten planets, forty in all.

Living in or spending time near a line tends to bring that planet's qualities forward. Pillar holds astrocartography alongside Human Design and Ubuntu, the original Way. Your Human Design describes how you're built. Your map shows where in the world different parts of you come forward.
